The VRG GRL Customer Success Team works Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm AEST. The team does not work weekends or on local public holidays. 

For assistance outside of these hours, please fill out a contact form and we will always endeavour to reply as soon as possible within our working hours.

Please note: Throughout the Black Friday period, we’ll do our best to increase our online availability. While response times may vary, we’ll aim to reply as promptly as possible.
