Are there any fees when using Refundid?Updated 14 days ago

Refundid is free to use - customers do not pay for this service. 

Any selected return postage cost will simply be deducted from your refund amount (as shown when submitting your return).

There are rare instances where small fees may apply, typically when certain requirements outlined in Refundid’s Terms & Conditions haven’t been met. For example:

• When your tracking number has not been supplied to Refundid within 4 business days (if organising your own postage)
• If you fail to dispatch your return product using the Delivery Service within 7 days of receiving your Instant Refund or submitting your Instant Exchange. 
• In the event of cancellation 
• If your return is declined
