This information only applies to international orders.

If duties, taxes or VAT were collected by VRG GRL at checkout, these amounts will be refunded for the item/s returned when your return is processed.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. For partial returns, refunds are generally applied to card or other payment methods first, with any remaining balance issued to store credit or gift card, where applicable.

If duties, taxes or customs fees were not paid through VRG GRL at checkout, we’re unable to refund these costs. You may need to contact your local customs office for more information.
