Yes, you can return an item without its original packaging. However, all garments must have their original swing tags attached and be in its original condition, in line with our Returns Policy.

We always encourage reusing the original packaging where possible. It helps reduce waste and supports our environmental commitment, which is something we care deeply about.

While the original bag isn’t required, please ensure your return is securely packaged to protect the item/s in transit. VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for damage during shipping, so take care when repacking your items.
