Can I return something that was purchased with a gift card?Updated a month ago

Yes, items bought using a Gift Card as payment can be returned, as long as they meet our standard Returns Policy.

If your return is eligible, the amount paid with a Gift Card will either be returned to the original gift card, or will be placed on a brand new gift card - we will re-send the details in either instance. 

Please note:

• Any portion paid with a credit/debit card or other payment method will be refunded to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested. 
• If you're only returning part of your order, refunds are usually applied to cash/card payments first, followed by any Gift Card balance.
