How do I lodge a return online?Updated 2 months ago

All VRG GRL returns are processed through Refundid, making the process fast and easy.

To lodge a return, simply:

• Visit our Returns Portal - you’ll be redirected to Refundid to get started
  
• Enter your order details - have your order number and email ready
  
• Select the item/s - choose what you're returning and select a return reason
• Choose your return shipping option - either use a Refundid provided label (a fee may apply, not available in all regions) or organise your own
  
• Choose your refund method - in some locations, Instant Refunds may be available
  
• Submit your return - you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
