Our team is at the heart of VRG GRL, and we’re committed to creating a supportive and empowering workplace. Some of the ways we do this include:

  • Flexible work: We operate on a 4-day work week and offer flexible arrangements so our team can thrive both professionally and personally.
  • Parental and family leave: We provide 14 weeks of paid parental leave at full salary plus superannuation, as well as family health leave for fertility, pregnancy and caregiving needs.
  • Community connection: Every employee receives 20 hours of paid volunteering leave each year, and in 2025 more than 70% of our team took part.
  • Ethical supply chain: Our commitment extends across borders - all our suppliers must meet our Ethical Trade Policy, based on the Ethical Trading Initiative, and undergo independent audits.
