If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you can return the item to our in-store team for assessment. Alternatively, you can also contact our online Customer Success team.
If you contact our online team, we request that you please include a description of the fault as well as digital images of the issue found, as we work towards a swift resolution. You can contact us here via our contact form.
As per our Returns Policy, VRG GRL does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear and reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
