If you’d like to drop off your return directly at our Distribution Centre, you’ll need to submit an online return form before arriving.

You can submit your return request here. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Instant Refund and Instant Exchanges are not currently available with DC Drop-Off.

Please do not arrive at our Distribution Centre without first submitting your return form.

Drop-Off Hours
Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
7:00am–5:00pm AEST

Drop-Off Note
When you arrive, please look for the entrance door with the large VRG GRL sign and use the doorbell to let the team know you’re there to drop off a return.

For your safety, please do not enter through the warehouse roller doors or any other entrance.

Preparing your return
Please ensure the items you are returning are securely packed and labelled with your original order number.

What Happens After Drop-Off?
Once you’ve dropped off your return, it will follow our usual returns process. 

Please allow 3–7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our Distribution Centre. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm this.

For standard refunds, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Returns Policy
Please note, all returns are subject to our standard Returns Policy. If your order fails to meet this standard criteria, our team will reach out to you for collection of your item/s.

Can I collect a new order at the same time?
Yes. If you selected Brisbane Warehouse Pick-Up at checkout, you can collect your new order when dropping off your return.

Please wait until you’ve received confirmation that your new order is ready for collection before arriving. Our team is unable to fast-track order processing for early collection.

Your return must also be dropped off within 7 days of submitting your return request and during our listed DC Drop-Off hours.
