You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. During peak sale periods, this can take up to 5-10 minutes.
If you were logged in when placing your order, you can also view it under ‘Order History’ in your account.
If the email hasn’t arrived, double-check your junk, spam or promotions folders.
Once your order has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre, you’ll receive another email with your tracking information.
