I requested a prepaid return shipping label - what do I do now?Updated a month ago
Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive instructions to generate and download your prepaid postage label. You can download it either as a document or a QR code.
- If you have a printer: Download the label as a document, print it, and attach it securely to your parcel.
- If you don’t have a printer: You can use the QR code or saved file at most local postal offices, where they’ll print the label for you. Alternatively, a friend or family member may be able to help.
When your parcel is securely packaged and labelled, we recommend lodging it in person at your local postal service. This is the quickest way to process your return and ensures you can request a lodgement receipt.
For Australian customers: You may place your parcel in a red Australia Post box, but please note that pick-up schedules can vary, especially in regional or remote areas. This may delay delivery to us and can affect Instant Refunds. Refundid cannot verify your return until Australia Post scans it, which may trigger an automatic cancellation of your Instant Refund. If this happens, please contact our Customer Success team here and we’ll assist you.
