What if I chose to have my refund processed as a store credit?Updated a month ago

If your return is processed as a store credit, you’ll receive it in a separate email as a VRG GRL e-Gift Card.

Your Gift Card will include an expiry date, so be sure to take note of it. You don’t need to use the full balance in one transaction, with any remaining amount staying on the card for the full eligibility period.

For some regions, choosing a Standard Store Credit may also give you access to a bonus credit once your return has been processed or free return shipping. Where available, this will be shown during the returns process. See what's available for your region here or via the Returns Page.
