Instant Refunds are available to eligible customers in Australia and the United States through our returns partner, Refundid.

To use this service, you’ll need to create a Refundid account. This allows Refundid to securely verify your identity and process your refund instantly, as part of their secure verification process, in line with your local regulations (requirements can vary between locations).

After creating your account, you may need to complete the verification process manually by navigating to ‘My Account’ within Refundid. You’ll need to do this before your account is verified and eligible for Instant Refunds.

What information is generally required for verification?

• In Australia: A form of ID (driver’s licence, Medicare card, or passport) and your bank details.
  
• In the US: Your date of birth and card details — no photo ID required.
  
  

This process is quick, secure, and designed to protect both you and VRG GRL. Refundid does not conduct credit checks, and using Instant Refunds does not affect your credit score.
