Why has my instant refund been reversed?Updated 2 months ago

There are a few reasons why an Instant Refund may be reversed through Refundid:

• The return wasn’t sent back within the required 7-day period
• A different tracking number was used, and the parcel couldn’t be verified
• You requested to cancel or reverse the refund
  

VRG GRL is not responsible for any reversal of funds if the return was not completed in line with Refundid’s return process or tracking requirements.

If your Instant Refund has been reversed, you may still be eligible for a standard return. In that case, your refund will be processed manually once the item arrives back at our Distribution Centre.
