What are customs and do I have to pay them on my International order?Updated a month ago
Customs charges, also known as duties, taxes or tariffs, are fees applied by your country's government when receiving goods from overseas.
Because VRG GRL is based in Australia, international orders may be subject to these charges depending on your location.
Depending on your region, duties and taxes may either:
- Be included in the product price,
- Be calculated separately at checkout, or
- In limited regions, not be available to prepay through VRG GRL.
Whichever applies to your market, this will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
For most countries, the price you see at checkout is the full and final price. Where duties and taxes can't be prepaid for your region, this will be made clear during checkout. In these cases, we recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand any applicable import charges before placing your order.
