What are customs and do I have to pay them on my International order?Updated 2 months ago
Customs charges (also known as duties, taxes, tariffs, etc) are fees applied by your country’s government when receiving goods from overseas.
Because VRG GRL is based in Australia, international orders may be subject to these charges depending on your location.
In some regions, these fees are calculated and included in your total at checkout - meaning nothing further is required when your parcel arrives. In others, they may be charged separately by your local customs office or courier.
Any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local government and are outside of VRG GRL’s control.
