Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email from VRG GRL with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update, especially during busy periods.
For international deliveries outside the United States:
Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and some part of Europe:
Your parcel begins with DHL. You can track your parcel using their tracking tool here.
All other international destinations:
Your parcel begins with Australia Post. You can track your parcel using their tracking tool here.
Once your parcel reaches your country:
Your local postal provider will take over the delivery (e.g. Canada Post, Royal Mail, NZ Post, etc).
We recommend continuing to track your parcel via your local postal services tracking tool, as they will often have the most up-to-date information. Please note: Tracking will only appear on your local postal providers tracking tool once they receive and scan your parcel into their system.
