Can I add a signature on delivery?Updated a month ago

We’re unable to offer Signature on Delivery as a selectable option at checkout. Unfortunately, in regions where this service is not included as standard, it cannot be added or requested at this time.

If you're concerned about secure delivery, here are a few alternatives that may be available in your area: 

• Delivery to a friend or family member: If someone else is more likely to be home during delivery hours, consider asking if you can have your order sent to their address instead. Please ensure you have their consent to avoid any confusion, and ensure you check that their address details are entered correctly during checkout. 
  
• Alternative, third-party collection points: You may have the option to have your order delivered to a local post office, delivery hub, or retail collection point. Availability and cost vary by region and service. Please contact your local service providers for information.
  
• Australia Post Parcel Lockers (AU only): These provide a secure location where your parcel can be delivered and collected at your convenience. Parcel Lockers are a free service offered by Australia Post to eligible customers.

While VRG GRL ships via Australia Post within Australia, Parcel Lockers are managed independently by Australia Post and fall outside our control. Customers are welcome to use this service at their own discretion. VRG GRL is not liable for any loss or issues that may occur using this service. See more information here.
