Once your exchange is confirmed, it can’t be guaranteed to be modified or cancelled.
If you contact our Customer Success team as soon as possible (ideally within 1 hour of submitting your exchange), we’ll do our best to make any possible changes before your new order is processed. Please reach out to us via Live Chat if available, or via our contact form.
