Can I cancel my size exchange after I’ve submitted it? (AU only)Updated a month ago

Once your exchange is confirmed, it can’t be guaranteed to be modified or cancelled.

If you contact our Customer Success team as soon as possible (ideally within 1 hour of submitting your exchange), we’ll do our best to make any possible changes before your new order is processed. Please reach out to us via Live Chat if available, or via our contact form. 

If your exchange has already been processed or dispatched, we are not longer able to make changes. If this is the case, you are of course welcome to return your new order after it arrives, provided it meets our standard returns criteria. See our Returns Policy for full details.
