Do you offer exchanges?

We’re excited to offer instant size exchanges through Refundid for our Australian customers. A size exchange lets you secure your new size instantly, so you don’t miss out. Refundid automatically creates a new order for your preferred size and helps

How long do I have to request an exchange? (AU only)

You have 30 days from your order being shipped to lodge your size exchange request. Once lodged, you’ll have up to 7 days to post your return back to us. Make sure to initiate your size exchange within this timeframe to remain eligible and avoid poss

How do I request a return or an exchange? (AU only)

You can lodge your return or size exchange through our Returns Page. For details on eligibility and exclusions, please see our Returns Policy.

How do I initiate a size exchange? (AU only)

To start your size exchange: (Available to Australian customers only). Head to our Returns Page and select your country from the dropdown. Choose Instant Exchange as your return option. Please note: you will be prompted to log in or create a Refundid

Are size exchanges free? (AU only)

Yes, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new size to you via Standard postage. The cost of returning your original item will follow our usual Returns Policy.

Can I exchange for a different style or colour? (AU only)

Exchanges are currently only available for size swaps. If you’d like a different style or colour, we recommend opting for a store credit or instant refund, then placing a new order for your preferred item. See more about returns here.

What if the size I want is out of stock? (AU only)

If your preferred size is out of stock, you’ll be notified during the exchange process. Size exchanges can only be completed if the item is available in the size you need. If your size isn’t available, you can opt for a refund or store credit and pla

Can I size exchange multiple items at once? (AU only)

Yes, you can select multiple items for size exchange within a single order. If your items are split across different orders, you’ll need to lodge separate exchange requests for each order number.

Can I add something to my exchange order? (AU only)

We’re unable to add extra items to your size exchange once it’s confirmed. If you’d like to purchase additional pieces, please place a new order separately.

How do I know if my exchange request was successful? (AU only)

You will receive an email from Refundid confirming that you have lodged an Instant Exchange request. You’ll also receive a confirmation email from us, with your new order details. We will send you your tracking information once your new item has been

Can I exchange an item purchased with a discount code or during a sale? (AU only)

Yes. Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale can generally be returned or exchanged, provided they meet our standard Returns Policy eligibility criteria. The only exception is Final Sale items. Products marked as Final Sale are not eli

Can I cancel my size exchange after I’ve submitted it? (AU only)

Can I exchange an item that was a gift? (AU only)

If your item was purchased as a gift, the exchange will need to be initiated by the original purchaser. They can start the process via our Returns Page using the original order details. If you’re unsure or need assistance, please contact our Customer

What shipping service is used for exchange orders? (AU only)

All Australian exchange orders are shipped using Standard Shipping. At this time, no other shipping options (such as Express) are available for exchange orders. Once your exchange is processed, your new item will be dispatched with our standard deliv

Can I request an exchange and hold onto my original item to compare them? (AU only)

When using Refundid for an Instant Exchange, your new item is sent out straight away. However, to keep your exchange active and avoid any service interruptions, the original item must be dispatched using the organised Delivery Service within 7 days o

Can you extend the 7-day window to lodge my return parcel with the postal service? (AU only)

At this time, we’re unable to extend the 7-day window required to lodge your return parcel with the postal service (e.g. have it scanned into the postal network). This timeframe is set by Refundid as part of their Instant Refund and Instant Exchange
