When using Refundid for an Instant Exchange, your new item is sent out straight away. However, to keep your exchange active and avoid any service interruptions, the original item must be dispatched using the organised Delivery Service within 7 days of processing your Instant Exchange.

Because of this requirement, holding onto your original item to compare it with your exchange item is generally not recommended, as it may result in issues or fees if the return isn’t sent back within the required timeframe outlined in Refundid’s Terms & Conditions.
