At this time, we’re unable to extend the 7-day window required to lodge your return parcel with the postal service (e.g. have it scanned into the postal network). This timeframe is set by Refundid as part of their Instant Refund and Instant Exchange process.
To avoid any issues or fees, please ensure your return is handed over to the postal service and scanned within 7 days of receiving your Instant Refund or submitting your Instant Exchange.
