How do I initiate a size exchange? (AU only)Updated a month ago

To start your size exchange: 
(Available to Australian customers only)

1. Head to our Returns Page and select your country from the dropdown.
   

2. Choose Instant Exchange as your return option. Please note: you will be prompted to log in or create a Refundid account to use this service.
   

3. Enter your order and return details via our returns portal.
   

4. If you choose to receive a shipping label, it’ll be emailed to you. Print it, package your item securely, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Remember, you have 7 days to post it back to us. See more information here. 
   

5. If you’d prefer to organise your own return shipping, you can do so - just remember to record the tracking number within Refundid so we can track your return.
   

6. Confirm your preferred return method of 'Instant Exchange' when prompted and select the new size you’d like to receive.
   

7. Once your size exchange is lodged, your new order will be automatically created. You’ll receive a confirmation email (please allow up to 15 minutes), followed by tracking once it’s dispatched.
