Can I downgrade my shipping to Standard? (AU customers only)Updated 2 months ago
In some cases, Australian customers may be able to downgrade their shipping to Standard shipping, as long as the order hasn’t been fulfilled and the service is available in your location.
To give our team the best chance of helping, please submit a contact form here as soon as possible after placing your order.
If the downgrade is possible, we’ll process it and refund the difference in shipping costs (where applicable).
We recommend choosing your shipping method carefully at checkout, as we can’t always guarantee changes can be made once your order is placed.
Please note: For international orders, only one shipping option is available, therefore no changes can be made.
