Can I return orders that I have used a VRG GRL Society voucher on?Updated 2 months ago

Orders using a VRG GRL Society voucher are eligible for a return. The usual Return exclusions still apply. See here for full details.  

If your return causes your total annual spend to fall below a tier threshold, your Tier level will be adjusted accordingly once the return is processed.

Please note - Refunds/purchased store credits will usually be returned first, but where necessary, respective loyalty points will automatically be reversed within your VRG GRL Society Loyalty account once your return is processed.
