Can I return orders that I have used a VRG GRL Society voucher on?Updated a month ago

Orders using a VRG GRL Society voucher are eligible for a return. The usual Return exclusions still apply. See here for full details.  

If your return causes your total annual spend to fall below a tier threshold, your Tier level will be adjusted accordingly once the return is processed.

Please note - Refunds or store credits will typically be issued first, but if needed, loyalty points will be automatically deducted from your VRG GRL Society account once your return is processed. Please note that points can only be reversed if the entire order is returned. Partial returns are not eligible for points reversal.
