Can I upgrade my shipping to Express? (AU customers only)Updated 2 months ago

Please carefully select your preferred shipping method at checkout, as our Distribution Centre processes orders quickly and we can’t always make changes once an order is placed.

Currently, Express shipping upgrades are available only to customers in Australia. If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you accidentally selected Standard shipping, we may be able to upgrade it to Express (where available).

Please submit a contact form here as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to help before it’s dispatched.

If your order is still pending, we can place it on hold and send you an invoice for the difference in shipping costs (if applicable). Once that’s paid, we’ll go ahead with Express shipping.

If your order has already been fulfilled, we’re unable to make any changes and it will ship with the original method selected at checkout.

Please note: For international orders, only one shipping option is available, therefore no changes can be made.
