Can in-store purchases be returned online?Updated a month ago
Yes. In-store purchases can be returned via our online returns portal.
In line with our Returns Policy:
- You have 30 days from your purchase date to lodge your return.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in original unmarked condition with all tags attached.
- Full priced items can be returned for a full refund or store credit.
- We do not accept returns on any Accessories, Jewellery, Intimates or products marked as Final Sale.
If your return does not comply with these conditions, your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.
