Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe - Will I be charged customs/duties on my order?Updated 2 months ago

As we are an Australian company sending goods overseas, international customers may be charged additional customs taxes and duties on their orders. These customs fees aren't initiated from us at VRG GRL - they're set by your local government and are separate from regular the cost of shipping.

For orders shipping to Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Europe: 

- Duties, Taxes, Tariffs and VAT will be calculated during checkout based on your location. 
- These charges will display under ‘shipping’. 
- The total of this cost will be Shipping + Duties + Taxes + VAT + Tariffs where applicable.
