Do I get a pre-paid label sent to me with my return?Updated 4 months ago
Prepaid label information varies based on your location:
AUSTRALIA - Our return portal will generate an Australia Post standard shipping label. A $9.50 AUD flat rate shipping cost applies to all return options, and will be deducted from your refund. If you opt for an instant refund with Refundid, the same $9.50 AUD flat rate shipping cost applies. This is deducted from your refund amount through Refundid.
USA - All US orders must make a return using the Refundid portal which will generate a shipping label. A $15 USD flat rate shipping cost applies. This is deducted from your refund amount through Refundid.
REST OF WORLD - If you are outside of Australia or the United States you will need to ship your return at your own expense via your own carrier. We recommend opting for a secure tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for your return parcel going missing in transit.
