How do I lodge a return online?
In order to make a return or to find out more information, just head over to our returns portal and pop in your order number and email address. The link to our returns portal is here. Please view our Returns Policy here for information on eligibility
How long does my return take to process?
If you are eligible and choose to lodge a return via Refundid's Instant Refund service, you will receive an instant refund back onto your original payment method. If you opt for a standard return through our returns portal, please allow 3-7 business

Do I get a pre-paid label sent to me with my return?
Prepaid label information varies based on your location:. AUSTRALIA - Our return portal will generate an Australia Post standard shipping label. A $9.50 AUD flat rate shipping cost applies to all return options, and will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
