How long do I have to return my items?Updated a month ago

You have 30 days from your order being shipped to lodge your return. 

Once lodged you have up to 7 days to post your return back to us. 

Please be aware, if you opted for the Instant Refund option and your return tracking has not updated within 10 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund they have paid out to you, as per their terms and conditions.
