Why can't I select Instant Refunds as my refund option?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately the Instant Refunds option is not available to all customers, in all regions. Please see if Instant Refunds is an option for you by selecting your region here. 

Even if your region does support Instant Refunds, there can be customer exclusions that may apply. For example, if you have previously failed to complete an Instant Return via Refundid, you may no longer be offered this as an option.

While Refundid accepts most bank accounts, if your bank account is not eligible for an instant refund you may receive an error message. If you would like us to look into this, please contact our customer success team at [email protected] for assistance.
