At VRG GRL, we aim to make returns as seamless as possible. While we are not able to cover return shipping costs in all situations, we have the following options available:
Australia - If you opt for Store Credit and select the 'Free Return' option, we will cover the return shipping cost.
United States - If you choose the Standard Store Credit option, we will cover the return shipping cost.
International (excluding US) - While we are unable to cover return shipping costs, if you select the Standard Store Credit option, we are delighted to provide an additional $10 AUD in bonus store credit. This will be provided when we process your return.
Note - Secure return packaging will be at the customer's expense. We recommend re-using your original shipping bag whenever possible to reduce waste and costs. Please ensure the goods are safely and securely packaged.
We also recommend opting for a tracked service where possible for your peace of mind that your parcel arrives back to us. Unfortunately VRG GRL cannot be held liable for missing return parcels, so tracked services also offer peace of mind that your parcel arrives back to us safely.
