How do I lodge a return online?Updated a month ago
To start the return process, please follow the prompts here on our return page.
Ensure you select your region to see return options specific to your country. Once you click 'start your return', you will be diverted to our return platform 'Refundid' to complete your submission.
Exclusions do apply, please refer to the full return Terms and Conditions here prior to submitting your return.
General terms:
- You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to lodge your return.
- Once lodged, your return must be posted back to us within 7 days.
- Returned items must arrive back in saleable conditions. This means they must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in the original unmarked condition, with all tags still attached.
- We accept returns on regular Sale and promotional markdown items unless otherwise stated.
- We do not accept returns on any products marked as 'Final Sale'.
- If your return does not comply with these conditions, your item/s will not be accepted and we will organise to have them returned to you, at your own cost.
