How long does my return take to process?Updated 6 days ago

If you are eligible and choose to lodge a return via Refundid's Instant Refund service, you will receive an instant refund back onto your original payment method. 

If you opt for a standard return through our returns portal, please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once we received it back at our Distribution Centre. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the return. For US standard returns, please allow 4 weeks for your return to reach our Distribution Centre here in Brisbane, Australia.

April 2025 update - due to a number of public holidays in Queensland between 18 April - 6 May 2025, there may be delays in our return processing times. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated.
