How long does my return take to process?Updated a month ago

If you use Refundid's Instant Refund option, you can expect your refund within 60 seconds of submitting your return via the Refundid portal. If your refund is not received within this timeframe, please reach out to Refundid here. 

For standard returns, we are not able to process your return until it arrives back to us to the VRG GRL Distribution Centre. If you organise your own postage, we do recommend using a tracked service so you can follow your parcels journey. Once your parcel is marked as delivered to our Distribution Centre, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return. 

For International standard returns, please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to reach our Distribution Centre here in Brisbane, Australia.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the return.
