What has my instant refund been reversed?Updated a month ago
When opting for the Instant Refund option, there are a few reasons your refund may be reversed. These include:
- Your return was not sent back within the stated 7-day return period
- You used a different tracking number than the one we have on file (so we can't track your parcel)
- You requested for your refund to be reversed
VRG GRL is not responsible for any monetary reversal from Refundid if the customer has not provided the tracking number or followed all steps set out by Refundid.
You may still be eligible for a return, however your return will be processed manually when we receive it back at our Distribution Centre.
