Do I need to sign for my parcel?Updated 2 months ago
This depends on your delivery location and the courier service used.
Australia
Orders are sent with Australia Post’s Sign On Delivery service. If you're not home, Australia Post may leave a card for collection from your local post office.
You can also manage your delivery preferences by creating a MyPost account. This allows you to request a Safe Drop or redirect your parcel.
Please note: if you choose Safe Drop, the parcel may be left in a spot deemed secure by the delivery driver. If no suitable place is found, it will be taken to your nearest post office for collection.
Customers who opt for Safe Drop do so at their own risk. VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels left unattended.
International
International parcels are sent with Authority To Leave (ATL). This means if you're not home, the delivery driver may leave your parcel in a secure location. If they don’t consider the area safe, your parcel may be held for pickup or redelivery.
If you’re concerned about unattended delivery, we recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
