Do Tier levels expire?Updated 3 months ago
Tier levels are based on a set annual spend as outlined on our Loyalty Page. The annual spend amount is not calculated based on the calendar year. Annual spend is based on a dynamic 12-month period which starts when you first enter a certain tier.
If you are subscribed to our emails or SMS, we will usually send you a reminder that your Tier could expire. This is your reminder to take action if you wish to remain in your current Tier and retain your benefits.
