Do you allow people to drop off returns directly to your Distribution Centre?Updated 17 days ago

Yes, we offer free returns drop-off at our Brisbane, Australia Distribution Centre for select return options*.

*Please note: this option is not available for the ‘Instant Refunds’ return option or the 'Instant Exchange' option, as proof of return is required via Refundid, which is provided in the form of shipping tracking.

Before visiting us, please complete an online return form and select the ‘Ship with your own label’ option followed by the ‘drop off at warehouse’ option. You can submit your return request here.

Once submitted, you’re free to visit us and drop off your return. 

Please allow 3-7 business days after receipt of your return for our team to process your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s finalised.

Things to note:

• Our Distribution Centre is located in Zillmere, Queensland. Find us here.
  
• Drop-off hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (AEST), excluding local public holidays.
  

Returns outside the policy timeframe may not be accepted in line with our Returns Policy.
