Do you offer Authority To Leave or Sign On Delivery?Updated 8 hours ago

International - All parcels are sent with ‘Authority To Leave (ATL)’. This means your parcel can be safely left at your delivery address if no one’s home. The delivery driver will look for a secure spot to leave it - however if they deem it is not safe to do so, they may hold your parcel for pickup from a local post office, or attempt re-delivery at a different time.

If you are concerned about parcels being left at your address, we do recommend choosing an alternative delivery address that may be safer for an unattended delivery, or where someone may be home to collect your parcel.

Australia - Orders will be sent with the Australia Post Sign On Delivery service, however customers also have the option to request ‘Safe Drop’ and address redirection via Australia Post.

In order to request these delivery options, customers will need to create a MyPost account to apply for Safe Drop for each parcel. If this option is chosen, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place at your home. If the delivery person does not deem there is a safe place to leave your parcel, please be aware your parcel will be delivered to your local post office and you will be notified with collection information.

Please be aware - customers who choose to request a ‘safe drop’ for their parcel, do so at their own risk. VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged safe dropped parcels.
