Have you received my return? How can I track the status of my return?Updated a month ago

The best way to know when we’ve received your return is by checking the tracking on your return parcel. We recommend always choosing a tracked service so you can see when your parcel has been delivered back to our Distribution Centre.

Once it arrives, our team will process your return as quickly as possible - usually within 5-7 business days. You’ll hear from us by email once your return has been finalised.

We’re working on ways to give you more direct updates in the future, but for now tracking your parcel is the best way to stay informed.

Please note: If you selected the Instant Refund option, your refund is issued right away - so you won’t receive another notification when your return parcel is delivered.

You’ll only hear from us again if there’s an issue with your return that requires a refund reversal (for example, if the parcel was lodged outside our 7-day return window, we have not been able to identify it as it was sent with a different tracking number, etc).
