We’re so sorry to hear this. Here are a few things you can check:
- Have you entered the Gift Card code into the ‘discount code or gift card’ section in checkout and clicked ‘apply’?
- Has the code been entered incorrectly? E.g. a number being mistaken for a letter, or a space that’s been added to either side of the code?
- Could the Gift Card have already been used?
- Has the Gift Card expired?
