Don't worry - outstanding vouchers created from points are usually saved automatically within checkout for you to select on your next order. Just a heads-up, if you add a voucher to your cart in the VRG GRL app, it may not carry over to checkout on our website (and vice versa). See more information relating to app here. 

Discount codes are also recorded here on our Loyalty Page under the 'Points History' section. 

Simply locate your code, copy it an redeem at checkout by applying it in the 'Discount code of gift card' section. For example: 'VIP30-Y3EVBQBB' would be the $30AUD voucher code.
