Once your order has been shipped, you’ll want to track its journey to your doorstep. Here’s a quick guide on how to locate your tracking information from your order confirmation and what to do if you've misplaced your confirmation email.
1. Locating your tracking information in your order confirmation email
- Step 1: Open the Order Confirmation email you received after placing your order.
- Step 2: Look for the section labeled “Shipping Information” or “Order Summary”.
- Step 3: You’ll find a tracking number, often hyperlinked to the carrier’s tracking page (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL). If the link is clickable, simply click on it to be redirected to the carrier's website for real-time updates.
- Step 4: If the tracking number isn’t hyperlinked, you can copy and paste the number into the carrier's tracking page (Australia Post or DHL) to view your shipment's progress.
2. What if I've lost my order confirmation email?
- Step 1: Check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes, confirmation emails can end up there, so it’s always worth a quick check.
- Step 2: If the email isn’t in your inbox or junk folder, you can log into your VRG GRL account on our website. Once logged in, go to the “Order History” section. Here, you can view the status of your recent orders, including any tracking information.
