How do I merge my VRG GRL accounts?Updated 7 days ago

If you have multiple VRG GRL accounts with different email addresses or you no longer have access to an old email, we can help you consolidate them into one. Here's how:

When should you merge accounts? 

  • If you no longer have access to an old email address 
  • If you have previously used multiple email addresses and want to consolidate them into one. We recommend merging only if you don’t intend to use your other accounts going forward.

How to merge accounts

  • Reach out to our Customer Success team here
  • Provide all email addresses associated with your accounts. 
  • Clearly specify which email address you'd like to keep as your main login (all other records will be removed). 

What gets merged?

  • Order history: All orders from your accounts will be linked to your chosen email address. Please note: Order history may not be visible in your online account, but our team can access it anytime.
  • Email and SMS subscriptions: Your communication preferences will be merged.  
  • VRG GRL Society loyalty points and tier status: We are able to manually merge points immediately. Tier status transfers require a request through out loyalty platform and may take up to 5 business days.
