How do I organise return postage?Updated a month ago

Please note: Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for eligible international orders placed from 8 July 2026 AEST. If you don't see the option to generate a prepaid return label, you'll need to organise your own return shipping.

During the returns process, customers in all regions, excluding New Zealand, will have the option to generate a prepaid return shipping label. This is the fastest and easiest way to organise your return. Simply print the label and follow the instructions provided to send your parcel back.

Return label costs vary depending on your location. You can view return postage costs here.

If you’re returning from New Zealand, or you prefer to arrange your own shipping, select ‘Ship with your own label’ during your return submission. Be sure to include your tracking number when you submit the return. This helps us identify that your parcel is on its way and when it arrives to us.

Please remember: If you’re returning items to multiple companies, make sure each parcel contains the correct item/s with the correct return label. VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for items packed into the wrong bag and may be limited in how we can assist if this occurs. You can read more here.
