How do I organise return postage?Updated a month ago
When AU and US customers lodge a return through our Returns Portal, eligible customers will see the option to generate a prepaid return shipping label. This is the fastest and easiest way to organise your return - simply print the label and follow the instructions to send your parcel back. See return postage costs here.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer prepaid shipping labels for other regions, so customers are required to organise their own return shipping.
If this option isn’t available, or you simply prefer to arrange your own shipping, select ‘Ship with your own label’ during your return submission. Be sure to include your tracking number when you submit the return - this helps us identify that your parcel is on its way and when it arrives to us.
Please remember: If you’re returning items to multiple companies, make sure each parcel contains the correct item/s with the correct return label. VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for items packed into the wrong bag and may be limited in how we can assist if this occurs. You can read more here.
