When lodging a return, customers in all regions, excluding New Zealand, will usually have the option to generate a prepaid return shipping label. Return label costs vary depending on your location.

Here’s a breakdown of the costs for our main regions:

Australia
A $9.50 AUD return shipping fee applies and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If you select Store Credit, we’ll cover this return shipping cost.

United States
A $15 USD return shipping fee applies and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If you select Store Credit, we’ll cover this return shipping cost.

Rest of World
Return label costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Returns Page for the return label cost available for your region.

If you select Store Credit, you’ll receive a bonus $10 AUD in VRG GRL credit, or the equivalent value in your local currency, once your return has been processed.

New Zealand
Prepaid return shipping labels are not currently available for New Zealand returns. You’ll be required to organise and pay for your return shipping using a carrier of your choice.

If you prefer to organise your own return shipping, this will be at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
