Do you cover return shipping costs?Updated a month ago

At VRG GRL, we aim to make returns as seamless as possible. While we’re not able to cover return shipping costs in all situations, here’s what’s available:

Australia - If you select Store Credit, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and will supply a prepaid return label.

United States - If you select Store Credit, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and will supply a prepaid return label.

International (excluding US) - We’re unable to cover return shipping costs for international orders. However, if you select the Standard Store Credit option, we’ll include an extra $10 AUD in bonus store credit when your return is processed.

If you are unable to, or do not wish to use one of the above listed services, return shipping costs may apply. Read more here.

A few important notes:

Return packaging is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reusing your original shipping bag where possible to reduce waste and costs.
Please ensure your items are securely packaged for the return journey. We cannot be held liable for damaged items during transit where the items have not been securely returned.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. VRG GRL cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
