How do I use my store credit?Updated a month ago
Your store credit will be sent in a separate email as a Gift Card code.
To use it on our website, paste the code into the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box at checkout and click 'Apply'.
Via the VRG GRL app, click the 'ADD DISCOUNT' button within checkout. This will open the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box. Copy and paste your code and click 'Apply'.
Make sure it’s applied before finalising your order as we’re unable to add it manually after an order is placed.
