Once my return is processed, how quickly will I receive my store credit?

I haven’t received my store credit
Your store credit will be sent to you via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk, spam or promotional folders just in case. Still can’t find it? Get in touch with our Customer Success team here, and we’ll be happy to re-send
How long will I have to use my store credit?
Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, so you’ll have plenty of time to find something when the moment feels right. To locate your expiry date, please refer to your original email.
Do I have to use my store credit all at once?
No, you don’t need to use the full amount in a single purchase. Whatever you don’t spend will remain on the same Gift Card code and can be used later - as long as it’s still within the expiry period. Shop at your own pace. Your remaining store credit
Can store credit expiry dates be extended?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to extend the expiry date of store credit. Please be sure to check your expiry date and use any remaining balance before it expires to avoid missing out.
