Once my return is processed, how quickly will I receive my store credit?Updated a month ago
If you opted for a Store Credit, this will be processed when our team finalises your return.
You will receive an email with all of the Store Credit details.
Store credits are issued in the form of a VRG GRL e-Gift Card, and expiry dates do apply, so be sure to take note of this when you receive it.
